Winbox8 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR):
Minimum deposit thresholds are as follows: MYR 30 for e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay); MYR 50 for bank transfer via FPX or DuitNow; MYR 100 equivalent for USDT TRC20. Winbox8 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. Winbox8 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Winbox8 aims to process e-wallet withdrawals within 30 minutes for verified accounts; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus amounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed transaction. No currency conversion fees are charged by Winbox8, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.
Fraud Prevention: Winbox8 conducts routine checks on all withdrawal requests. Any withdrawal request associated with suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering will be subject to extended review and may be declined.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms. Welcome bonus wagering requirements at Winbox8 range from 15x to 20x the bonus amount, depending on the plan selected. Only eligible games and bet types contribute to wagering requirements; live casino and sports betting contributions may differ.
Winbox8 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing bets with negligible risk to clear wagering requirements; coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit promotional terms. Detection of bonus abuse will result in cancellation of the bonus, reversal of associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
Winbox8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not adversely affect players who have already opted into and partially fulfilled the requirements of that promotion.
Birthday bonuses are credited based on the tier held by the Member at the time of their verified birthday date. Referral bonuses are paid upon confirmation that the referred Member has registered a verified account and completed a qualifying first deposit. Referral bonuses are subject to the standard wagering requirements applicable at the time of issuance.
All casino game outcomes on the Winbox8 Platform are determined by independently tested Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, Winbox8's systems will handle outstanding game rounds in accordance with the game's rules. Where a game round was in progress at the time of disconnection, the outcome will be determined by the system's record of the game state at the point of disconnection. Winbox8 is not liable for losses resulting from player-side connection failures.
In the event of a software malfunction, hardware failure, or communication error that affects the outcome of a game, Winbox8 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the corresponding stake. Any winnings generated as a result of a technical malfunction will be considered void.

Winbox8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting Winbox8's customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
